Moving to southern Minnesota introduced us to the beautiful farmland areas filled with farms doing sustainable farming of both food products and fiber products. We started with laying hens and then added alpacas and angora goats to round out a fiber farm able to produce quality products for use by artists and talented producers of local fiber used for clothing and other household products. Our operation is small and allows us to focus on quality and the use of local mills and other farms to collaborate in our journey to live and thrive outside crowded metropolitan areas. Additionally, we have several honey bee hives and plant bee and butterfly friendly plants and flowers every year.
